Personal information we collect

  • Raptive: We are affiliated with CMI Marketing, Inc., d/b/a Raptive (“Raptive”), for the purposes of placing advertising for the Services.   • Text messaging services: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. However, we may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and vendors who assist in the delivery of text messages.

Payment processors

Any payment card information you use to make a purchase on the Service is collected and processed directly by Shopify, which handles transaction and payment processing on our behalf.

Advertising partners

Third-party advertising companies for interest-based advertising purposes described above.

Business and marketing partners

Third parties with whom we co-sponsor events, jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services may be of interest to you.

Professional advisors

Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services they render to us.
